Who We Are

We don’t mine.
We de-risk.

Trinity REMs is the trusted intermediary that de-risks rare earth minerals from the Democratic Republic of the Congo for U.S. defense and high-tech markets. We build and operate the compliance backbone and logistics corridor that makes DRC rare earth feedstock acceptable to the Pentagon, prime contractors, and institutional investors.

“Trinity REMs is the compliance and logistics infrastructure that turns DRC rare earth geology into Pentagon-grade supply.”
The Problem We Solve

A critical upstream bottleneck — compliant feedstock

U.S. and allied separation capacity is growing rapidly. New domestic and allied processing plants are being funded. But upstream feedstock diversity remains constrained — particularly from geologies like the DRC where governance, ESG, and documentation risks have kept Western capital on the sidelines.

Upcoming requirements for U.S. defense manufacturers to eliminate China-sourced REMs are intensifying demand for a compliant alternative — and a trusted intermediary to deliver it.

Trinity REMs unlocks this bottleneck by operating a trusted, auditable corridor from vetted DRC sources to U.S. and allied separation plants.

Our Differentiators

Why Trinity REMs

01
30+ Years DRC Presence

Deep institutional experience and relationships in the DRC via Trinity Global — turning on-the-ground knowledge into a structural advantage no new entrant can replicate quickly.

02
Full Traceability, Mine to Plant

Digital chain-of-custody from DRC mine to U.S. separation facility — tamper-evident seals, GPS tracking, and independent ESG audits satisfying OFAC, FCPA, AML, and sanctions requirements.

03
Compliance Architecture First

Our vetting playbook and ESG audit frameworks are built around U.S. regulatory expectations from day one — reducing reputational and legal exposure for every partner in the corridor.

04
Non-Mining, Non-Processing Model

No mining risk. No greenfield plant capex. Our value is the corridor and compliance system — an asset-light platform with significant operating leverage once established.

05
Decision-Quality Data for DoD

Every shipment generates grade, impurity, recovery, cost, and ESG performance data — packaged for DoD/DLA evaluation, prime contractor review, and institutional investor due diligence.

06
Multi-Source Mining Opportunities

Beyond the DRC, Trinity REMs is developing compliant, traceable corridors from REM-bearing operations in Mexico, Honduras, and select mining sites across mainland United States.

The Corridor

From DRC Geology to Pentagon-Grade Supply

Our corridor covers every step from mine-site vetting through secure logistics to delivery into U.S. and allied separation plants — with full documentation at each handoff.

Strategic Technology Partnership

Japanese Rare Earth
Pulverization Technology

Letter of Intent — Proof of Concept Stage

Trinity REMs has issued a Letter of Intent to a Japanese technology partner covering cooperation on patented rare earth ore pulverization technology and associated processing machinery — to be deployed at selected REM-bearing operations across our Raw Material Mining Opportunities.

This Japanese Technology is designed to improve concentrate quality, consistency, and process readiness for downstream separation — directly addressing one of the most critical variables in delivering Pentagon-grade feedstock.

The collaboration is structured around a phased framework: technical information exchange, equipment evaluation at priority sites, commercial terms for manufacture and supply, and ongoing optimization as deployment scales across additional locations.

Trinity REMs will hold a use license for the Technology and Equipment at specified sites and territories, including potential exclusive rights for the Raw Material Mining Opportunities, subject to agreed conditions.

What This Technology Delivers
  • Patented rare earth ore pulverization — advanced size reduction for superior concentrate yield at the mine site
  • Direct deployment into Trinity’s existing mine-site processing flows across the DRC, Mexico, Honduras, and the U.S.
  • Improves concentrate quality and consistency — meeting the precise input specifications of all five downstream separation technologies in the PoC
  • Manufactured and supplied by the Japanese Partner with full commissioning, training, and operational support
  • Scalable deployment: priority sites identified within 30 days of LOI countersignature, with expansion to additional strategic locations on successful pilot
A non-binding Letter of Intent has been issued. A binding Non-Disclosure Agreement and definitive Supply and License Agreements are the immediate next steps. Site assessments and technical exchanges are targeted within 60–90 days.
Who We Serve

Built for Two Critical Audiences

U.S. Defense & Government

A compliant alternative to China-sourced REMs — now

Your programs face growing requirements to eliminate China-sourced rare earths and demonstrate full traceability to mine of origin. Domestic separation capacity is being funded — but compliant upstream feedstock remains the choke point. Trinity REMs offers an immediately executable pilot corridor: vetted DRC suppliers, digital chain-of-custody, and delivery to five distinct separation technologies — generating real-world data on yields, costs, and ESG performance. Designed for alignment with DPA Title III and DFC/EXIM support mechanisms.

Investors

De-risked exposure to DRC rare earth upside — without mining risk

The $12.5M Proof of Concept is a one-time enabling investment to validate a DRC → U.S. REM corridor across five separation technologies. Post-PoC, Trinity REMs anticipates multi-year offtake agreements supporting scaling to 5,000–10,000 tonnes per year in Phase 1, and 20,000+ tonnes in Phase 2. Once the corridor and compliance system are built, incremental volume scales with low additional capex. Phase-0 entry at $1M is available for early anchor investors.
